On the 9th Day of Christmas...

Annalyn's Christmas started on the 24th and finally wrapped up (no pun intended, of course) on the 1st. Four celebrations later, we've got one tired Santa baby on our hands!
We tried our hnd at a family photo in front of our Christmas tree. It didn't matter that we had a tripod or a camera with a timer - Annalyn would not smile for us!
We had better luck when one of us was behind the camera making faces!
If she looks like she's up to mischief, it's probably because she is!
Pictures were a big part of the Carver Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve...
...even Grandpa clicked away!
Somehow, Annalyn talked everyone into reading her favorite books.
Read it again!
Annalyn loves playing with her cousin Michael!
We tried some family photos again - this time it worked. (Yes, that's a bow on Annalyn's head - she kept it on for a good minute or so!)
Annalyn wasn't quite sure what to do with wrapping paper - and when in doubt, eat it!!
Annalyn was excited about all her gifts this Christmas. It worked out well that she just recently started saying, "OHHHH," with a big grin anytime she sees something she likes (Christmas cards, presents, toys, Daddy, etc.).
Christmas morning was fun - and it started with a stocking of goodies. "Santa" brought Annalyn hair bows, a hairbrush, a Sunday school songs CD, an ABC DVD, a stuffed cat and lots of books.
Getting a little better with the wrapping paper!
Playing with cousin Avery's toys on Christmas Day. Annalyn was a good sport and wore her Santa suit one last time!
Check out these cool puzzles! Allie and Grandpa gave Annalyn her second favorite present: her Megablocks. (Second only to her new hairbrush - her favorite new thing!)
What a great Christmas!
