Hey - It's me, Hayes. Mary Robert is already in bed with her pap pap or binkie depending on who is retrieving it from the nursery floor but I wanted to stay up a few minutes longer to blog. Mommy has not let me stay up late to blog and I have been dying to share some news! Last week, Mommy and Blair took me and sista to see the doctor. It was our one year well child appointment. Daddy could not go because he was at baseball practice. When it was time for the weigh in, I weighed in at 19 lbs, 6 oz and Mary Robert weighed in at 18 lbs, 10 oz. Know what that means? I am the big girl! Well technically, I am still younger, still working on that part, but I am bigger. I tribute my success on eating like a lumberjack. At meal time, I try to shovel as much food as possible into my mouth, so that I can empty my tray and get more food. Sometimes, sista will even hand me some of her food. I like almost everything. Recently, we have added blueberry pancakes and blueberry muffins to our diet. We also eat lots of steamed veggies and fruit. One of mommy's vendors sent us fruit from two guys named Harry and David, so we have been enjoying apples, pears, and oranges. We have also been introduced to Mac and cheese. YUMMMM. Daddy had his first baseball game today. The Bulldogs won 6-3. Daddy has home games on Sunday so hopefully Mommy will take us out the ballgame, take us out to the crowd... Although we did not get to go to Daddy's game today we did get to go to our first ever tarp pull yesterday. WOW, what a production! We have a whole new respect for Mommy's friend, Shan, that had to do tarp pulls as a part of her job. I forgot to mention, we are walkers!!! Anywhere we want to go, we walk, unless we need to get there fast, then we crawl! Well, I have to go to bed. Mommy promises to post some pictures soon.
