Hey - Its me, Mary Robert. Mama is finally letting me blog. As extensive as my vocabulary is getting, I should be a good blogger. I say lots of words. My favorite word is SHOES. Mama says that alone proves that I am her child. I also say, BALL, DOG, DADA, MAMA, NANA. I am working on some other words but definitely have my favorites. I like to call Hayes, SISTER, but it sounds more like sista. Sista and I have been having a lot of fun lately. We have been to several baseball games. Often when we go to to baseball games, Dadda is already there. He stands on the inside of the fence, and I have to stay on the outside. I do not always like this. Sista and I want to play with dada but mama says he is playing ball. Mama and Big Hayes (grandpa Hayes) took me and Sweet Hayes to Burlington last weekend for dada's ball game. The game was far away but it was an important game so we got to go. We were very happy because we had not seen dada since Tuesday and it was Saturday. In case you did not know that is a long time to go without seeing your dada. He was very surprsied to see me and sista. Apparently, he knew mama was coming but sista and I were a surprise. He had fun at his game and the Bulldogs won big 18-2. That meant the team jumped up and down, sista and I got to run on the field, dada got gatorate dumped on him, and mama cried. It was fun. Mama says that next weekend dada will have more ball games but they will be at home. I think she means dada's ball field, not our house, but I will get back with you on that. In the meantime, here are some pictures of use at the ballpark and at the ECU Pirate Fest...I loved the lil kid jumpie house!!!
