Getting Stronger Every Day

Well we're two days since Tuesday's wacky surgery and today Dr. Bacha closed Jasper's chest and even got rid of one chest tube. Still on the vent and the pacemaker and basically just tweaking meds to keep his heart rate and pressure stable - also watching carefully for any signs of infection after all of the work over the past week.
But so far so good.. The ventricle wall that looking questionable seems to be holding on and tomorrow they'll take him off of the paralytic for a little longer than usual. Beyond that there are really no major events scheduled through the weekend.
This guy has definitely looked better
Jasper's new Giraffe shirt from dad just came in today.. Can't wait to see you in it buddy!
