The Witz Family Moves ....to California!

My heart still breaks a little each time I think about the day we left Bainbridge Island. Such a wonderful summer, such a wonderful place and perhaps most importantly, it is where Stella was conceived and born. Where she spent her first hours, days, weeks and months. This entry captures our move from the pacific northwest to the sunny beaches of California. Stella and Gibson...we hope that we've done you right by moving here!

One of our last walks in Rolling Bay...the brisk October weather already getting cold, so Gibson and Stella bundled up.

Neighborhood icon, the Bay Hay & Feed. We spent many hours here, browsing the plants, checking on the chicks & mama hens, shopping for shoes (including the infamous monster shoes) and of course, stopping by the cafe. There's nothing like this in southern California!
